Terms
The terms for using PlanAsiaTrips.
What PlanAsiaTrips provides
PlanAsiaTrips offers free day-by-day Asia itineraries, premium downloadable guides and custom trip planning. We help you organise a trip; we do not book flights, accommodation, tours or other travel services on your behalf, and we are not a travel agency.
Travel information
Itineraries and guides are provided for planning and general guidance. Travel times, prices, opening hours, entry requirements and availability can change. You are responsible for verifying important details with the relevant official providers before booking or travelling.
Premium guides
Premium guides are delivered as digital downloads. Specific inclusions are described on each product. Pricing shown on the site applies at the time of purchase.
Custom trip planning
Custom plans are prepared based on the details you submit. Scope, pricing and revisions are agreed as part of the request. Submitting a request does not create an obligation until terms are confirmed between you and us.
Acceptable use
- Use the site and its content for your own personal travel planning.
- Do not resell or redistribute premium guides without permission.
- Do not misuse the forms or attempt to disrupt the service.
Promotions and promo codes
FIRST15. The first 15 checkouts on planasiatrips.com that use the code FIRST15 receive one Destination Pass (any destination, any trip length) free of charge. One redemption per person. The offer ends automatically once the code has been redeemed 15 times. No purchase or social-media action (following, liking, sharing or tagging) is required. There is no cash or other alternative. The code is applied at the secure Stripe checkout, and a free order does not ask for card details.
Other promo codes we publish apply to the Destination Pass only, once per order, cannot be combined, and end when their stated limit or end date is reached. If a code stops working because its limit has been reached, the offer has ended.
Promotions run by PlanAsiaTrips are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Meta, TikTok or any other platform. By taking part you release those platforms from any liability.
Bundles, gift passes and codes
A 3-City Bundle gives you one Destination Pass immediately and two single-use codes. A gift pass gives you one single-use code. Each code is good for one Destination Pass for any destination offered on planasiatrips.com at the time it is redeemed, including destinations added after purchase. Codes do not expire, may be passed to someone else, and work once. Keep codes private: anyone holding a code can redeem it. A bundle or gift pass is refundable only while none of its codes has been redeemed; see the refund policy. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
Affiliate links
Some ticket and tour links in a Destination Pass are Klook affiliate links. If you book through them, PlanAsiaTrips may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Bookings are made directly with Klook under Klook's own terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PlanAsiaTrips is not liable for losses arising from reliance on planning information, or from changes to third-party services, prices or requirements. The owner should confirm the exact wording and any local legal requirements.
