How refunds work for guides and custom planning.

Starter policy. This is a reasonable starting point and is not legal advice. The site owner should review and adapt it — including any rights you have under local consumer law — before launch.

Free planner

The day-by-day itinerary planner is free. There is nothing to refund.

Premium guides

Premium guides are digital products delivered immediately after purchase. Because the content is accessible right away, sales are generally final. If a file is faulty, fails to download, or is not what was described, contact us and we will fix the issue or arrange a refund.

Custom trip planning

For custom plans, the scope and any payment terms are agreed before work begins. If you are not satisfied, raise it during the agreed revision process so we can address it. Once a final plan has been delivered and accepted, that work is considered complete.

How to request

Send refund requests through the custom trip request form on the homepage, including your order details and what went wrong. The owner should confirm a response time and the exact refund process here.
